We first engaged the services of Redlands Pest Control 4 years ago, as discovered that we had a major cockroach infestation the first night we slept in our newly purchased 3.5 yo house. Gavin came out the next day, which was a Saturday, and within days there wasn't a live cockroach to be seen. We found quite a few dead ones for a few days, but within weeks, none at all, and 4 years later, still no sign of them, only the occasional dead one. Gavin has been spraying our home annually ever since. We are very happy with the service that he has provided us. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in his field and we have found him to be an extremely personable man as well. We had a major ant problem a year ago and Gavin sprayed both inside the house and the garden. Very helpful over the phone service. Controller arrived on time and laid out plenty of poison. Would have shopped around a little more after reading on the report after the fact "no free service" warranty for ants which was my biggest problem. Price was reasonable, not the cheapest around though.
this was by far the best & most professional service we ever had done on our property.
