Reel Seafood & Takeaway

Customer service nil. No seafood on display at all contrary to web photos. Calamari and scallops burnt and too heavily salted. Two school children running around the kitchen in bare feet. Appears to be a hobby not a business.

Always a good feed from here, the owner is super laid back so we always have a chat when I’m in. The place is clean and great fresh seafood. If you’re over the supermarket ‘fresh’ seafood trash this Christmas and Easter make sure you put an order in before cut off!

Horrible food and horrible experience with the unfriendly lady that served me. The fish was dry and the chips were under cooked and oily. She even handled my fish without a glove but I was too intimidated by her horrible manner that I felt like I would get into trouble if I said anything. That woman should not be in any business where she has to serve anyone. Do not go here!!! It is the worst fish and chips I have ever had. Very dissapointed.

Grilled fish tasted rancid due to being cooked on a dirty grill. Crumbed fish was undercooked. When we informed the older woman about this she would not accept that the food was inedible and refused to give a refund. Very disappointing. Will never return.

Food very average while prices high, limited range. Staff are also atrocious (especially older female) and desperately need training in customer service and food prepairation. The only 2 skills required for this job.... Just go across the road, they have brilliant food and staff.
