Registry Of Births, Deaths & Marriages - Victoria

Poor communication, Still waiting to receive certificates months after birth certificates were fixed! No call backs when told to wait 48 hours. No replies to emails, worker had no idea what was going on and why they weren't sent and told me he would get someone to look into it nothing eventuated from that conversation :/
Still waiting on both my kids birth certificates they stuffed up
