Give this person a miss. Not only useless but arrogant. I had a key cut which did not work. Drove all the way back from Applecross to ask them to fix it and got no apology for the inconvenience, just attitude and another key that failed to work. The other person at Bunnings made me one that work perfectly last year, this person couldn't get one right in two tries. Forget supporting small business if this is what you get.
I am sorry you feel our staff are arrogant and you received attitude. You did get an apology from me and a replacement key, if this did not work then we would be happy to refund your money. The key you were using to copy from is a copy and so the further away from the original you get the less likely it is to work.he key you are using is also an aluminium colored key and as the internal working parts of a lock are harder than the aluminium it tends to wear the key down again making it less likely to be a good master to copy from and the reason we no longer use these keys in our shop. If you call or email us your bank details I am happy to refund your money to save you a long trip back to us.
