During a routine inspection conducted by Rentmart Beenleigh, it had me wondering about the professionalism of the staff, as these people have keys to our homes.
Unfortunately, I couldn't attend the inspection myself. I have always been greated by the staff in a friendly manner and have always been treated with great respect. I could not agree more with you Roemsto415. I don't know where did they get a licence to treat tenant like that. They speak to their tenant with extremely rude and aggressive tone. Moreover, they have no communication skills what so ever. I find their behaviour extremely unprofessional and unacceptable at the social level as well. They are simply not ready to hear what you got to say. They certainly are investors dream but they are tenants worst nightmare.
They might be good at looking after investors property to attract more investors but they're not looking after their tenants who are paying their rent on time. OMG Run , RUN , RUN , a Dogg RealEstate , employing aggressive , unqualified people to manage the Rental , Rude , superior tone , treating tenants like rubbish , and when you vacate they want a brand new house . Never ever would I deal with them again . Possible Tenants , BE AWARE , don't rent trough them
Hi Roemst0415, it is a shame you feel this way, we understand that vacating a property can be a stressful time for a tenant in every aspect however in regards to vacating your property with our office we do not expect to receive a brand new property however tenants are responsible to leave the premises in the same condition as their entry condition report provided when you first take possession of the premises with taking into account fair wear & tear. Should there be any issues at your vacate inspection we also allow you reasonable time to re attend and rectify this rather than our office having to arrange trades and deduct funds from your bond.
