Repair Depot Doll's Hospital

I just had my 40 year old teddy bear fixed up by The Toy Repair Depot after he was badly mauled by my puppy. They did a fantastic job and were very polite, professional, and fast. I highly recommend them.

I have just picked up my 22 inch walkie talkie doll who is now 60 years old. She has had a complete make over. I am delighted with the result. This wonderful company was so helpful from beginning to end. They new I needed her fairly quickly due to a house move and as promised she was ready on time. I feel my beautiful girl has come to life again.

I have been driving past the Doll Hospital for years and recently had a reason to pay them a visit when my daughters favourite stuffed animal had a slight accident, Yikes! I would like to thank the beautiful staff here as they were so lovely and helpful and we had little 'Chip' back to normal in no time! My daughter was over the moon. Im glad we came in and we will be back again im sure.

I paid $170 to have some arms re-attached to a few figurines and a tiny leather strap made for one of the figurine's guitars.
I expected the Doll Hospital to do a professional job however, when I initially collected the figurines, I noticed the arms weren't flush with the bodies and there was an excessive amount of glue left around the arms. When I pointed this out to the manager (Geoff Chapman), he yelled at me that I was a "nit-picker" and a "whinger". I was left in absolute shock and didn't exactly know how to respond. I then politely asked if they could tidy up the job they'd done and I'd collect them in a couple weeks’ time.

What a shame people only post the negative. This place in fantastic and the staff were lovely to me and my family. My dolls look beautiful again and I am very very happy!!
