Doreen Mechanical have always provided us with courteous and professional services over many years. It is great to know your vehicles are being serviced by competent professional staff at all times. Potential mechanical problems have always been brought to our attention and attended to whenever requested. Thank you to all concerned.
Do not go here, we paid for a roadworthy which came back at needing $1599 of work done. We got a second opinion and the only thing that needed replacing was a front tire! DONT go here.
The technicians that conduct RWC have to follow strict guidelines from Vic Roads, photos of all cars tested and why they do not pass are accessible and audited by Vic Roads so this process is totally transparent. All repairs reported can be taken away and done independently and brought back for a recheck, the recheck is included in the intial RWC price so there is no additional cost. We are sorry you were not happy with what was reported but if we do not report what does not pass the roadworthy our technicians can lose their RWC license. We are always happy to discuss this with you if you would like to give us a call.
