Respekt Your Hair

As a hairdresser that now only barbers I cannot recommend this salon enough! Excellent work , friendly and consistently helpful staff. I love coming here and would recommend it to everyone.

I have been going to Respekt your Hair since it opened. All of the staff there are amazing hairdressers. I have personally had my hair cut by Connor and Julia who are both fantastic.

Julia is the best hairdresser I've ever had. As someone who prefers a more edgier, textured haircut, it can be hard to find hairdressers who understand - and deliver on - the look I'm after. Not anymore. Julia immediately knows what her customers want and works hard to give them a signature haircut each time. I've been there four times now and each time I've come out completely satisfied, with my expectations exceeded. Her haircuts maintain their freshness for weeks and get me plenty of compliments too. The prices are also very reasonable. I plan to visit Julia for years to come and hope she never moves away from the area!

Amazing hair cuts, insanely great service.

I've shopped around for hair cuts for years and no-one - no-one - does a better cut/colour than Julia.

I lived in Toronto for 2 years, tried countless stylists and when I came back to Melbourne the first thing I did was book an appointment!

You know that feeling when you get a haircut, it looks awesome and then a week later it's grown out and doesn't look awesome anymore? Well I've never had that problem with Julia's cuts!

I was lucky enough to swing in because of somebody else's cancellation - and I couldn't be happier! I've lived in Melbourne just over 2 years and have been struggling to find a hairdresser - I am so happy that search is over! Julia was amazing & 100% listened to my idea and made it reality. The whole vibe was fantastic & it was great to see the rest of the team & their talents unfold around me. Love love LOVE my hair and I recommend them highly!!
