Massage is good for you and will benefit anyone who receives it. A good therapist will tailor the treatment to the individuals needs, depending on their lifestyle, age, health status and preferences. My background is in nursing and I pride myself on giving the best holistic treatment that I can. I have 20 years experience in the health arena and 7 years as a massage therapist. I have worked in several clinics and now have my own practice from home. I have treated a large number of clients with long standing and acute conditions and/or injury to good effect. Crystal therapy uses the vibrational energy of the crystals selected to aid the body in restoring balance.

Reiki is a gentle holistic treatment using universal energy to restore balance within the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Deep tissue massage aims to re-balance the over and under active muscles to alleviate pain and fatigue and improve function.

Sports massage target specific areas that can be overworked or injured during all types of sporting activities. Pre and post event massage prevents injury and elevates performance.

Pregnancy massage gently addresses issues such as fatigue, muscular tension, discomfort and pain caused by the extra demands place on the womanâ??s body.

Reflexology massage represents the whole body through the feet treating the whole body to restore health and vitality in a very relaxing way.

Trigger point therapy identifies sensitive areas within the muscle fibres and uses compression and stretching techniques to de-sensitize these fibres.
