super rude guy over the phone .... asked for colourbond fencing or timber fencing quote with automatic gates , the gentlemen said they dont do it .On the website i can see timber fencing pictures

Absolutely useless company. 1st started getting an order through 5/3/15 customer and myself put order in 10/3/15 with over 50% deposit paid upfront. Posts,rails, plinths, wire and gates were to be delivered the following fortnight. When materials did not show it took 2 days to get a hold of Dave to find out it would be another week with some parts of the fence coming a few days later. As customer was going on holidays we requested it be a fortnight and everything come at once which was all agreed upon. When returning to the job no materials had came yet, it took a few days to get the posts and gates in one delivery. two days later we got the rails and plinths. We again had to chase and call Dave to find out where the wire was to find out it was only just in the powder coaters (1.5 months after being paid for and 1 month after it was initially meant to be delivered ) and would be delivered this Friday 01/05/15. I wish I would have looked at these reviews before I contacted this company. I had an appointment for someone to come out and give me a quote between the hours of 12.30pm and 2.30pm. No show and no phone call. I didn't bother calling them - if they are too busy and rude not to turn up and/or give me a call, they are not the tradespeople for me.

I cannot believe I just read this review, as the exact same thing literally happened to us this morning. An appointment was scheduled 4 days ago and half an hour after the appointment time there was no show and no phone call. I called to find out what happened and cannot believe the attitude I got on the phone. I was told I could wait another half an hour if I wanted a quote but I had already lost time by not being at work and declined. I'm glad I decided to do that, especially after reading the below review.

To be honest, I am relieved I never dealt with them because it filtered out a service provider who can't even get past quote stage...imagine...
