Reynella Mowers

I purchased a mower from here,3 years ago and the service and help and advice was excellent.I looked at several mowers and very undecided but after some very helpful information and not the costliest but what I needed,I puchased it, based on requirements.The mower performs well.but the catcher came apart recently and went to Reynella and they fixed it no charge.After purchase service is good and they will look after customers and help where possible.

Lincoln and his team at Reynella mowers were a pleasure to deal with. I visited the store on 3 occasions prior to the purchase of a Honda Lawn Mower and Stihl chain saw and was patiently well cared for after asking many questions about the products. Steve done me a deal to knock my socks off and I was very happy to part with our hard earned. I would recommend this business to anyone. Of course most places today can only be judged on what their after sales are like but I feel that this won't be an issue. Thanks Lincoln and co. ??

Not the best customer service I've had nearly walked out won't spend any more money there

These guys were incredibly rude and overcharge for simple work on a simple mower. Attitude towards customers was very poor and will not be using them in the future. Avoid!

Proper customer service would go a long way.
