I visited this Salon for the first time today, I was lucky enough to get a very nice lady by the name of Stacey, she was very helpfull & gave me what I asked for & wanted. To the other two stylists, you were rude, could not or would not greet a customer, there was no interaction at all. They just seemed to think that I do not need to speak to any other customer but the one I am dealing with. If you want an overall enjoyable experience while getting your hair done these other two really need to pick up their act. Thankyou Stacey for making me feel human again. I hope to get a better feeling the next time I come to visit you.
I don't normally write reviews but after reading Matha's review I had to sign up to True local just to let you know that if RHB ever was that bad, it certainly is not anymore. I have been getting my hair done regularly by Rachel or Beryl for the past 3.5 years. I have gone from Black hair to blonde and I have never walked out of there disappointed! they came highly reccommended by another satisfied customer who has been with them for the past 5 years. All of the women who work there are very friendly and do a great job.
yawn how boring Ive had more fun at the dentist and it was less painful some nice girls but it seems that they dont wont to be there ( maybe they should go to the dentist )not happy with my color it went green
