Unprofessional sales agent, Alfredo De Assis in particular. He did not turn up for an open house as advertised. Open for inspection sign board was up but Alfredo was M.I.A. 4/75 Victoria Rd Parramatta on 11 March 2018 at 1.30pm. He did not answer his phone when we tried to call. Worst thing is the seller would never find out about this situation and his unprofessionalism. Prospective sellers, would you want this agent to be selling your property?! Where's Alfredo?
Unreliable, rude, unprofessional. I sold a property through them in which there was bad communication, changes made to contract and agreements made without the knowledge of the vendor. Selling a property is stressful as it is. Stay clear from these people if you want to ensure an easier settlement and the less added stress.
