People make phone calls in the library, everyone could hear them. Kids running around, shouting, crying. A group of teenagers walked down to the street from upstairs and make lots of noise outside the library near to the side window facing Church St. Teenagers walked back up in the library and went upstairs, I can hear people jumping on the ceiling, sounds like someone practice dancing on top of me. I have change my seat 3 times but seems like no where in the library is quiet.
