Richmond Medical

I have visited the Coppin Street Medical Centre several times to use the services of Melbourne Pathology. The gentleman at reception is uncommunicative & unhelpful. I have had the misfortune to encounter him several times & fankly I'm amazed he is still employed. My daughter also attends the clinic & has similar views. Her opinion is the doctors are great but the administration is appalling.

I have seen several doctors at this practice over the last three years. Everytime the experience has been great. Very knowledgeable and personable doctors. Good with kids and adults alike.

As a mother of 2 small children I sadly spend more time at Richmond and South Yarra Medical than I would like ;) therefore I am moved to sign up to leave a post, as I completely disagree with Kimmj18. I have a regular doctor and have seen most of the others on occasion and cannot fault the service... and this includes the staffs on reception at both locations. They are are busy surgeries - what can I say. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Sarah Lewis is wonderful, one of the best Doctors I have ever had.
However the reception staff are rude, abrupt and make you feel like you are doing them a massive injustice just by phoning with an enquiry. If you can cope with the initial lack of customer service offered, then hopefully you will find the Dr.s appointment worthwhile!!!
