Wonderful experience at the salon with talented staff!

The girls at Skin Fitness in Richmond are so friendly and have impressive client care. The beauty therapists are knowledgable, helpful and go that extra mile to ensure relaxation or results from treatments. If you haven't already done so, you need to go in and treat yourselves. Plus they have an awesome creche for the kids! Beautiful salon 5/5.

Warning! Not up front about cost, staff are untrained and miserable, and owner is aggressive and uncaring about the customer experience. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced with the owner when I bought up these issues, the she was extremely defensive, unapologetic and rude.

I went to Skin Fitness after my mother suggested it. I did the lip lab, the staff had little knowledge on how to mix the colours, what was involved in the service and didn't explain the costing or extras available. After 1 hour, they had to change to another staff member. Later that night, the lip stick snapped in half. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Skin Fitness.
My first recent experience was a manicure which was seriously below standard (I fixed it up that night) and the 2nd was when I had my 18 month old daughter's ears pierced. The actual piercing was done really well, but within a week 1 of the earrings had fallen out and closed up straight away. I then tried contacting Skin Fitness numerous times to find out whether I wait until it heals or book to get it re-pierced. I never received a returned phone call. It's like they have their $$ and are no longer interested.
Such a shame. The salon looks really lovely, set up well & the creche is fantastic. If only the customer service was near as good. Extremely disappointed.

Had the most amazing facial, massage and client experience. I would truly recommend this salon to all my friends. Thank you girls
