Rick Penders Auto Service

I've taken my car to Penders Auto a couple of times for logbook servicing and also to get a busted alternator replaced. Rick was great both times, calling to let me know what did or didn't need doing and checking whether I wanted the car back on the road while waiting for some more parts or was happy to leave it with him. Honest guy, first time I went there I was sure I needed 4 new brake discs and rotors (OEM service centre had mentioned them at previous service) and he could easily have replaced them but he assured me they would be fine for at least another 12 months which they were. As mentioned below, doesn't have card facilities but he let me know up front and I don't see it as a huge inconvenience.

I have been taking my car to Ricks for over two years now and he has always provided honest and reliable servicing, I have just brought a BMW and will be going back to Rick thanks Rick and see you on my next service.

As someone who doesn't know a lot about cars i'm always a bit apprehensive when going to a new mechanic. I've been going to Rick's garage since the start of 2012 and since then they've kept my little beast on the road for an affordable price. Friendly service and trustworthy.

The review below cracks me up "Forced to walk 5 mins to get cash out". Sounds like you needed the walk.

I've been going to Penders since I was 22. 14 years later and I'm still going. Rick is an honest hard working guy. I recommend Penders to everyone.
