I would definitely NOT recommend Ricky Nagel's Coastal Fencing, not to my family or friends. We had him replace an existing boundary fence recently, he quoted for the length of the fence then built the fence much shorter than quoted, didnt put in an end post and left the rails exposed (the boundary fence faces the street), he hired a jack hammer that he didn't quote for nor did he let us know, he just hired it and charged us $100. extra for it, there were 2 parts to our quote,1 was for sleepers and 2 for the fence/tip fees, we emailed him the price accepted for the fence only (we were sharing the cost with our neighbour ) and yet he went ahead and also put in the sleepers charging us for an extra sleeper, once again without communicating with us, yet some of the existing sleepers were not that bad, the other quotes we got from Fence Contractors didn't quote for sleepers, we chose Ricky because he was easy to get along with and Ricky Nagel's Coastal ...read more
