Rifle Pest Management

The team at Rifle accidentally drilled a hole into our daughter's Christmas present. They told us that unless we can prove it was them, then there was nothing more to be done about it. The team at Rifle attempted to show us the drill-bit they had used was a different size compared to the damage caused. They accidentally proved the exact opposite. It was pretty sad to watch.

I think I have left 3 reviews for various things in my entire life & I'm 45, but I wanted to leave one for Rifle Pest Management as Michael & Daniel exceeded our expectations and they were quite high to begin with. We are really clean people but our problem with ants & cockroaches was just getting out of our control as they want to come in looking for water and food (even though we made sure we had none to offer). They gave us step by step practical advice on what to do to fix our problem. They used both chemical and non-chemical means of control (some pest control people just use one which may not be enough) and our treatment was done safely (as I have dogs too) and with odourless, non-staining, fast acting and unobtrusive products. We couldn't recommend this local family owned business enough !

Had a pest control on my house and was really happy. Professional and knowledgeable service. Definitely not a one size fits all - spray and leave job. Real care given from a family business. Very happy - would book again.

i just want to thank Wayne. Again, to do the pest inspection for the property we are interest to buy. & found big termite nest around the fence area. Save us $$$ by paying ourselves and now the seller will sort it out. He is so patient, and explained his finding and how he thought about the place to us. He has spent almost two hours onsite to go through every corner of the house and then came back another time to do another check and measurement. Only charge us $200.. it's so worth it. compared to all the other trades i ever come across. Highly recommended! and he is also very knowledgable. and Prices are so competitive. We have used him as our pest and termite control guy for years.
