Ringwood Prestige Auto

I've found them very good to do business with. Yes, a little on the expensive side, but you feel that they know what they are talking about, and that the work has been well and truely done. Isn't that what we all need?

I have a Volkswagen Jetta and I have been taking it to Ringwood Prestige for years now. I found Ringwood Prestige extremely thorough, quick and efficient, always reliable and fairly priced.

I have experienced great customer service and understanding for whatever problem I have had with my car. Ringwood Prestige spends the time needed to fully understand and access the issue at hand to provide me with the best solution.



I should add that I would never personally take the time out to write a review unless it was truly deserved. And these guys deserve my gratitude.

First of all, I totally disagree with the two people above. I originally used to go to the dealer, however due to there high prices I decided to give Ringwood Prestige a go. Four years later, I am still as happy with there service as from the very first time I went. Always giving me and my wife wonderful customer service. They are very patient as well, offering to explain to me what problem was and how it had to be fixed. When it comes to price, I am quite satisfied with it, much cheaper than what the dealer used to charge me.

Overall: Great customer service, quality work and reasonable prices.

Ringwood Prestige - it did not live up to it's name, over charged, damaged our vehicle and no after sales service. Would not recommend!
