Gone downhill since it has changed hands.
Used to be fast, friendly service and by far the best take away in Cronulla, the new owners have ruined that and after today I won't ever go back. I ordered an Aussie burger combo and I watched my serving of chips being handed out to another customer who ate some before handing them back as the chips were junior size and he had ordered small. The lady then put the chips the man had eaten in the bag with my Aussie burger and attempted to sell them to me. When I questioned her about it she didn't even see the issue with her behaviour, let alone apologise to me. Makes me think if that is their attitude what goes on out the back of this shop!
I had already been turned off by the rise in prices and small portions since the shop had changed hands, today's experience confirms the place is no longer the Ritz Chix people in Cronulla once loved!
Have lived in Cronulla for 40 years and for many years this was a fab place to get great roast chicken dinners. Has changed hands and now every time I pop in they are out of just about everything and I go elsewhere. Just couldn't be bothered and neither could the new owners
One of the cheapest burgers you can find in the middle of Cronulla. Very tasty and filling and great value for money. I wouldn't rate the chips unless you love your chips to be thick. The portion size is huge whether it is for the burger alone or the meal. A burger meal here is around $10 for beef burger, chips, and 600ml bottle or close to $11 for chicken burger meal. Their food is also charcoal so it is great for the health conscious people.
This place is more of a take away shop rather than dine in, which is perfect since you are better of taking away your meal to sit at the beach and eat while you enjoy the view.
