Owner was very friendly. have been with the shop for over 3 years now and have never had a bad experience.

Quality products. Competative prices. Friendly staff. Amazing workshop quality.

The bike service side of the shop is very poor and overpriced for the quality of the work but the spares side of the shop seems ok and they do have some good gear in stock but I often find the staff very rude and do not like children in the store looking at the bikes and this is why I avoid the store.

Brought a brand new gt fueler from here a couple of weeks ago. Am i dissapointed with the bike considering they checked over the bike before we left the store. For starters the bike came without an owner's manual, the chain had rust and a kink in it. There's a chip of paint taken out near serial number, rust spots coming through on the frame not happy considering it was brand new. The brakes weren't set up probably you pulled the lever in and it wouldn't retract back. And everything was overly over tightened. Very disappointed will not be coming back, lovely people though.

Was in here a little while back looking to get a new sram bottom bracket. The staff there insisted a shimano one would work. Will I be coming back? No...



Local shops really need to do better if they are to compete with the web.
