RivaReno Gelato

Ice cream actually gets five stars. Been going since it opened! I love their product! But tonight I stood at the counter with two staff behind, one making a waffle, the other filling serviette boxes and cleaning dishes right in front of me without so much as a smile or the vaguest recognition that I was even there. Invisible is what I was to her or them! I walked out and they didn’t even bother turning around to see where I’d gone! My how things have gone down hill! So here’s your two star customer review!

RivaReno gelato is a really busy gelato store on Crown street. You can get gelato in cups or cones as well as
Granitas, shakes and cakes. We tried a few different flavours including coffee, pistachio and the caramel. It was extremely creamy. Staff were really polite and efficient.

Absolutely delicious gelato to be had here. It is incredibly creamy and the flavours they have here varies on the specials. We've been here a few times and have not been disappointed.

Interesting for their nut flavours - I really like the pistachio and the pine nut flavours. Go if you want a more traditional Italian gelato experience.

Stop queueing half an hour for Messina and come check this place out next time you want gelatoat rush hour. I'm not ready to say I think it's better but I'm definitely prepared to say it's at least just as good, and noone likes a long queue! Portions were a little sad last time I visited but it seemed that may have been a oneoff. The pistachio is delicious. Love how they source some ingredients from back in Italy.
