River has gone beyond what was needed to make my dress perfect. Would highly recommend

After paying $380 to have my daughters Deb dress altered, River pretended not to have understood the original request. She then became aggressive and then agreed to take more money (another $100) to implement a lining that should of been done in the first place. She then rushed this process, so now it has been dry cleaned, the lining has come away in parts of the dress. I have tried to get in contact with her to have it fixed so I can sell the dress and have had no response. Do yourself a favour and find someone more professional for your needs. Don't waste your money.

I was looking for wedding gowns in the city, till I saw the sign just 5 minutes from home (North Warrandyte). There I met River and she was so lovely. She sketch exactly what I had in mind and the result was so amazing that now she is doing a second red gown for me. I would completely recommend her.
