We use Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management to assist in the creation of successful healthy relationships.
Counselling through choice theory and reality therapy is different to anything else you may have experienced. It doesn't focus on the past nor look to blame anyone or anything else for how we are feeling. Rather it teaches us that we are all driven to meet our needs and helps us understand what those needs are and how we are choosing to meet them. It teaches us to self evaluate how effectively we have been meeting those needs and figure out more effective ways to meet them in the future.
Lead management is about putting the lessons from choice theory into practice. It teaches us how to create a needs fulfilling environment, whether that be as leaders in the home, office or school. When we create a needs satisfying environment for those around us, we set the scene for high quality outcomes. It teaches us that all motivation comes from the internal desire to meet our needs and shows us how to create this in our lives and with the people in them.
Our work always focuses on mental health and well being rather than mental illness. We have a belief that when ones needs are met, anger, anxiety, stress, and depression will leave us. Taking effective action to meet our needs in ways that are not abusive of our either own or others needs is a sure fire recipe for happiness and success in life.
