Dishonest technician in St Leonards area. Lied about his own mistake. We got a flat tyre issue, so we called for help from this company. The technician came quickly with 30 minutes, and there is Star shape of lock spike for my Audi A4 which requires a unique locknut to unlock it. The technician accidentally broke the locknut and started to blaming on everything else but himself why this has happened, then he left without giving any solution(but more problem indeed).
Even more discustingly, he wrote false report for the case and said the locknut was broken before he arrives. I found out this when I called this company for complain about under delivery of promised result, and the company instantly start defending themselves by ignoring every fact that I tried to pass onto them. ...read more
Horrible service! Took my money $250 to be exact for a tow and luckily after my car sat turned off for 30 minutes my car no longer needed the tow. Called and cancelled tow and was informed the price of $250 stands for a callout fee? So a callout and a tow is $250 and a callout is $250. Customer service lacked in ability to help and ill be taking this matter further.
HOPELESS! Disgraceful service. Bought battery from them 2 months ago, now it is cactus. Guy was rude and aggressive on the phone, they did not want to replace battery under warranty. Totally appalled at the lack of customer service etiquette. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS

Not sure why we wouldn't come back to you if you felt there was a battery issue under warranty. Is there more to the story we are missing here on this conversation. We pride ourselves in going the extra mile. If you can contact us regarding this matter then i will be more than happy to give you a refund/new battery if the processes were followed. Ask for Paul.
