Have been here a few times and have found the staff friendly and helpful. Also answered my email enquiry promptly.

Absolutely terrible experience. At 8:30pm this evening I went into this pharmacy to obtain a certified signature from the pharmacist for my police check. The owner was rude, condescending and reprimanded me for coming in "so late", claiming he had "other better things to do, such as stock take and counting the till", despite the fact that his store was open for another half an hour.
Not only was he dismissive, he deliberately smudged his certified stamp, forcing me to start all over again and go to a different pharmacy (Chemist Warehouse, Chadstone - excellent service and open late most nights).
I have been frequenting this pharmacy for many years, but after this awful experience, I will never return again.
