Quoted us then doubled his quote half way through the job, which we reluctantly accepted against our better judgement since they were already on site pouring the concrete. Rod left us with a sub parr job and never came back to clean up the job after promising that he would. After the 2nd day the concrete has numerous cracks. We have dry concrete all over our walls and the place is an absolute mess. To top it all off he constantly spoke inappropriately about being ripped off by his clients while as far as these reviews show it is he who is doing the ripping of. while leaving they poured the left over concrete on our driveway and front yard.

Completed a driveway at my place that deviated immensely from the agreed specifications. Refused bluntly to perform the agreed work. Buyer beware! Fortunately there are other decent tradesman to choose from.

Wanted money even though they didn't finish the job; the job is still unfinished after months of waiting. Left the place looking shocking and the job was done badly.

Did not complete job to council specification

Will not return calls once paid.

Hangs up if accidently answers phone.

They complained about how tough they were doing it with clients stuffing them around not paying on time for completed work. We felt sorry for them and thought we would help them out, we gave them over 10 grand upfront for our job (leaving only 2 grand) and they have stuffed us around. They have laid a foundation of 1/4 minus and crushed concrete to a value of 1000 dollars maybe. They wont return calls.
