This company allowed tenant to use a residential property (a house) as a commercial property, while paying rent at residential rates. Carpet was ruined as a result. The tenants attached metal contraptions to the walls for their business. Walls got damaged. They would collect the rent and often "forgot" to pay the landlord's share.
