Rollaway Shutters/ACA, now where do I even begin with you people.
From the part were after 6 months of use you're product fell apart?
Or the part when I rang the second time to say you're product fell apart again I was told about a $650 outstanding bill?
Or when I said I will fix the bill (which I was told about 7 months later and when you've come out fix it the first time and wasn't told then) but expect a new blind, but was told by you're secretary that I don't tell her what to do and then was hung up on?

Do not under any circumstance pay for you service in advance, once they have your money you'll just be a number. Installers Arrive late and or not at all, had 3 extra days off work "not payed" waiting on them, with late night messages that they will not make the planned install date. any issues will cost you to fix

• 10 x roller shutters have the incorrect motor – I was sold “dual control” I.e. Wall mounted switch with RF control – they installed RF control only. I needed the wall mounted switch,

I have never had the misfortune to deal with such a disgraceful, disorganise, useless and misleading company in all my life. If anyone's looking at ordering blinds, treat this company like the plague!!
'Small Claims' here we come!
Our "five week turn around" from last August has turned into 'this year sometime'. ( Maybe)
Ive told them to refund our deposit and get the unfinished blinds out of our house! Then I'll order them from a company thats knows what its doing.
No use getting a cheap price if the job cant be done!
I'm furious for being mucked around for 4 months and then to be told to wait for the New Year to get them sorted out, No way!

On December 3rd a guy came out to the house and gave us a quote for one shutter. We gave him a $300 deposit and was told the shutter would be installed in January as it was coming up to Christmas.

By mid January we still hadn't received a call about installation so I rang the 1800 number to find out what the delay was. The woman on the phone said they had an extra long break over Christmas and would be ready soon. ...read more

BEWARE!! Disgraceful customer service. Can't wait to get your money then you have to do all the chasing. Unfinished installation and still waiting. Incompetent office staff who don't give a d**n about their customers. Never dealt with such appalling customer service. Don't go near them!!
