Roof Seal Melbourne

Definetly better companies out there.
The inital repairs to my roof, left gutters blocked and "replaced tiles" still on the roof along with a patchy paint job.
Got them back to rectify the paining, fast forward 12 months and the paint starts lifting, after lots of chasing finally got them to look at the roof and advise it will need to be recoated again.
They then stopped responding and 2 yrs later and even email to Head office no response!
Look elsewhere

If you are thinking about using roofseal be warned!
We went with roof seal and all good until they forgot about us and we had to follow up on everything. Then thr roof was completed and we had to push for the gutters to be done. Once completed we paid as they asked withing a day and then it got worse. Not having any rain for a while we never noticed the water fall off the corner of the roof. They installed a down pipe there but after checking it must be blocked as no water was coming down, this is a 2 storey house and it is 6mtrs high so I couldn't see what was happening. I contacted roofseal and where nice sending out a guy with no ladder.... No ladder!! He said it was leaves blocking the drain and I asked how would he know as first he has no ladder to see and second no trees around. Paid a deposit immediately when quote was given and I was told the job would start immediately. Four weeks later after continuously calling them (they never contacted me once!) I was told that they can't do job because of pitch of my roof and possibly not being able to match broken tiles, and safety and accessibility issues and.....etc etc (which apparently they didn't NOTICE? when they agreed to take on the job?)....but, I was told(!!), on a "positive note" ..."the weather would be warming up now for someone else to do the work" which to Me means that it IS possible to have the work done....just not by their company! Waste of time! and, this is a rental property without a tenant because I've been waiting for Them to start the works!

Roof Seal Mt Waverley do not stand by their warranty of 7 years on product & workmanship.

I spent over $10k on sealing our roof & replacing gutters on a smallish home.
3.5 years later my roof leaks. I contacted them to discuss this and was quickly dismissed. They only look into leaks if advised in Year 1.
I am forced to pursue them through the small claims tribunal.
Appalling customer service.

My roof was in very bad condition with broken tiles, pointing falling out and broken battens. After a thorough inspection we discussed the options with the rep and went ahead. Our roof was 30 years old and covered about 300m2. We are very happy with the job that was done and the professional approach of staff and contractor
