Chris remodelled our bathroom and the floor of the hall outside the bathroom (replacing old carpet with a wooden floor), in October 2016. Regarding the design - Chris gave us a range of options and budgets to consider and the finished product is something unique and specific to our taste, and within budget. He also gave great attention to detail to ensure the bathroom and hall floor matched the rest of the house. The execution from Chris and his team was to a very high standard and they are a particularly friendly bunch. Chris’ enthusiasm for period homes and quality work has resulted in a very happy customer! Thanks for the great bathroom and floor Chris.

Chris from Room for Improvement recently installed some shelves in our bathroom, fixed up a cupboard in our kitchen and did some minor repairs to one of our windows. His pricing was more than fair, he was punctual, and the work he did was fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the workd he did for us. We will be calling Chris again if we ever need any handyman or building assistance.

Chris constructed a deck at the back of my house for me and I was really happy with the result and the whole process. He was knowledgable and polite while to the point and efficient. As the other review says, he also turns upwhen he says he will. He is also a licensed carpenter and joiner and so I was confident in his work and the result was a fantastic deck of great quality. I would definitely recommend this builder.
