I almost missed the beauty of this pub when I went around the back to the sports bar because, well, that happens to be your typical sports bar. However, if you really want to experience the charm of this pub, then it is probably best to stick around the front. There is a great deck out the front with some awesome views of the bay, and they also have some pretty decent beers on tap as well. I’m glad that I gave this place a second chance because I would have missed it otherwise.
I went there with Elise for Dinner last tonight and I had the Seniors Porterhouse Steak with Chips and Elise had the Paella. We both shared had the Seniors Garlic Bread, I had a Raspberry Lemonade to drink she had and a water to drink. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent.
I went there for Dinner with Alison last night. I had 2 pieces of Garlic Bread and a Chocolate Pudding with Whipped Cream and Alison had the Spaghetti Marinara. Our meals were terrific so we will be back soon. Also I went to the Sand Bar and I put $2 into the Pool Table where people were playing on and nothing happened so they refunded me the $2, which was nice of them.
I went there for Lunch with Ash. I had a Seniors Chicken Parmagiana with Chips and a dessert bar and Ash had the Seafood Risotto. We really enjoyed our meals so we will be back one day. Also I had 3 games of Pool with Ash in the Sand Bar after Lunch to walk off our Lunch, which we both found very exhausting.
Terrible food, terrible service. The management didnt write down our booking so we had to wait while they found us a table. Entrees came out with mains, so our mains went cold while we ate our entree's. We found some kind of a label in my brothers prama, staff didn't seem to concerned. Very expensive prices for the bad frozen food that they serve up. Will never be going back.
