WOW! Speedy call out from the other side of Sydney and one of the nicest most genuine people I have met. Fixed the problem and was on his way in less than half hour. Told me up front, what he thought the problems might be, but he was confident and he was right.
NOTE: Darrel gave me some good preventative tips for healthy pipes, lol. Just like clogged heart arteries, you have to be mindful of grease and fat going down through your sink pipes.

I left home to go shopping at 1.30pm today and my husband rang me at 2.00pm to tell me that the hot water system had decided to go to a ‘better place’. That was fair enough as we had installed it 31 years ago.
He rang Ross’s Plumbing Solutions at 1.45pm and Ben (the plumber) arrived ten minutes later. To cut a long story short, he organised for his co worker to go and pick up the new Rheem hot water service and and it was all installed and paid for by 3.30pm. By the time I arrived home from shopping, there was hot water and everything was perfect.
HOW AMAZING IS THIS SERVICE – I would totally recommend this company for all plumbing needs. Well done Ben and Will.

I found Ross's Plumbing Solutions by a word of mouth from one of my friends who Darrel and his team had done work before previously. I called Darrel to discuss and ensuite and bathroom renovation and he arranged a time with me to come and do a free quote. They were here the next day discussing with me the prices and styles of the bathroom which i found very helpful. Darrel and his team then started the demolition within a week. They were very professional had alot of respect for our personal privacy which made me more comfortable with them in my home. They seemed very knowledgeable in their work. Overall Darrel and his team did an absolutely amazing job on our 2 bathrooms with a great price! I will definietly be calling Darrel if I have any other plumbing issues in the future. These guys have alot of respect for others, the plumbing industry and also their reputation. Outstanding job.

These guys are great. Answered my call at 8pm at night - talked me through how to stop water trickling out of my cracked toilet bowl (to get me through the night); arrived early the next morning; two knowledgeable, polite (took their shoes off) young guys who really knew their stuff; toilet replaced (same day) and they serviced my taps while waiting for the new toilet to arrive. Absolutely fabulous service. Price very reasonable. Loved their work.
