The worst customer service ever.They don't know what they are doing..

I came here a few weeks ago to renew my licence. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Had a really bad customer service in this particular RTA twice. Hated how the staffs were not willing to help. I had everything that they needed still there were showing so much of attitude...i'll never go back to this place....terrible staffs...

This has got to be the worst RTA I've been to.The staff have the worst attitude, they could never help me, every time I went there,they were rude and disrespectful.

The worst customer service, why do people work in customer service if they look like they haven't washed their face and woken up to a fresh day of work, to be helpful in the service industry. Not only have i been here numerous times, but i have also dealt with most of the employees from this particular RTA. I think the staff need to go back to training to learn the information they need to know to let their customers know. They have no idea whats going on and like to work at a rate of a snail.
