Spent $130 to get Balayage done, not even close I have photos of what it should be and what I got was completely different. Owner Melissa refuses to give a refund and when approached about this, got very abusive and aggressive. I'd never go back and strongly recommend you keep clear too.
Very friendly customer service but i asked for a trim and she hacked up my hair now i can only wear my hair in a pony tail and even then al little bit hang out i even told them i wanted to grow it. :-( also i got foils when i left it looked like i they had already grown out and i needed them redone.
