Appalled with the service I received at Ruggles Armadale. Dropped my jacket in for dry-cleaning on Monday to collect Thursday. Went to collect it and it wasn't ready, I hadn't received a phone call or any communication to let me know of the delay. They promised they would drop it off to my work on Friday. By the Monday after my jacket still hadn't arrived so I went into the store and wasn't met with an apology or any compensation. They told me it is "what happens in business". I will never recommend them to anyone else.
My experience with Ruggles in Armadale was terrible. I put in a 18 month old Burberry trench coat with matching belt for dry-cleaning. When I collected my coat it was returned to me with someone else's belt. Within an hour I was back there to return the belt & collect my belt. All I received was an argument that it was my belt, which it wasn't. The staff was rude, disrespectful & argumentative. I left the incorrect belt there & since have had no satisfactory follow up service. I have made numerous attempts to have my correct belt returned to me to no avail, there is a zero level of customer service provided from Ruggles Armadale, I was shown no level of respect. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this drycleaner.
you never take a garment away and come back after several hours looking for it to be replaced !!
