I have been renting for years and have never had so many problems as i did with these people. Seriously, i could write a book on the things wrong with these people. So many things that legally had to get fixed (such as the kitchen roof leaking badly, toilet constantly clogging becuase the pipes in the back yard were broken under the ground, we were given ONE back door key for the first month we were there) all that and they NEVER got fixed. They kept saying it would get fixed but nothing ever happens. I ended up having to threaten them with legal action and we finally came to an greement that we would just move out let some poor unsuspecting people move in. sorry whoever moved it.
Beware! I am currently renting a property through them and was lied to about things that will get fixed, anything to get you sign the lease! Nearly at the end of my tenancy ad now they want to fix everything at my expense. simple things like washing line broken, stove not working, promissing to install aircon & insulation - spent summer in 40 degree heat in the house. Now its winter and they "might" install aircon.
