I called Ruttley when I had a gas leak in the new Year. They stated that before they could check the lines to find the leak they had to instal valves for 2 heaters and then check the line - total bill $1600!! This was actually entirely unnecessary, no valves were required, and the gas leak was discovered from the water heater instead.
