Don't bother if you are after a vegitarian menu with a few prawn / scallop options.
"Hello Averil,
I have chatted to a few of my staff over the last couple of days because it’s been about 2 years since we did a largely vegetarian menu and I wanted them to refresh my memory as I didn’t attend the event personally.
Their memory of the event wasn’t great! They remembered hostile people that blamed us for the lack of meat options and people were annoyed that they had gone to all of the trouble/time of attending a wedding only to have the beliefs of the Bride forced upon them – and it really irks people. They never want to be angry at the bride so they turn all of the scorn on us!
I’m afraid that unless you consider a more conventional menu we can’t put our name to it!
