Would give zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time with Rycan. Received overpriced quote to do more work than I'd asked for (nearly $1,000 to hang a door & install deadbolts & door knobs!!!). He refused to reply to my email clarifying the work to be done & reiterating I'd already bought the door & relevant hardware items, meaning he shouldn't be charging me for these in the quote. No reply so phoned Rycan to follow-up. He said he'd seen my email but wasn't going to bother replying & was far too busy. Any pretence of providing polite, friendly & helpful customer service disappeared then as Rycan said he was a businessman who was too busy to discuss it, I should hire someone else & then hung up.
Hi "MechanicalGrind", thank you for hanging up on me a moment ago when I attempted to call and speak with you about your review, in private. I'm very perplexed as to why you felt the need to write such a terrible review in the first place. I feel your review to be highly unwarranted and inaccurate. A review section of a website does not give you the right to slander a business as you have so unnecessarily. Because you have decided to be so unreasonable in your actions I will be reporting this review with the request to remove it based on the fact that you have presented falsified information.
