EVEN 1 STAR IS GENEROUSLY GIVEN ..... i waiting 20 mins to even get servived then asked to come back then waited 45mins in the chair to then get mis quoted on price .... then the girl that was blow drying my hair kept blowing the hair in my eyes and mouth and just used her hands no brush or anything didn't look like she cared that i kept brushing my hair out of my face and was clearly uncomfortable..... no discount for waiting nilly an hour for service ...

WILL NEVER BE RETURNING .... LISTEN TO YOUR CLIENTS

5 different people working on my hair. Didn't listen to a word I said about the colour that I wanted, blamed me for not telling them about previous colour when I made it very clear. My original colour can still be seen through black and red dye. Can do a better job myself. Will never go back to a S+S salon.

On my last visit, I was served by the manager as I was quite nervous about having someone inexperienced do my hair. The previous manager who served me (Brooke) was fantastic which was the reason I decided to make a second trip back. Sadly, Brooke had left and so I decided to try out the new manager. Unfortunately, she completely ruined the balayage style I had which was only requiring a toner. I asked for a more layered cut and only had the front of my fringe cut but she did not carry the layering though which left these weird short sides in the front and a block of long hair at the back. I was charged over $200 for this and there was colour all over my face and neck when I left. Very disappointing :(

I can't believe how incredibly bad this Salon is. I went in today for a cut and even showed the hairdressor (she appeared to be the Manager ) a photo...frankly she just hacked into my hair giving me a mullet style. At the end she said "I've given it a real chop" and she certainly had. She took about ten minutes and didn't even appear to care about what she was doing. I was shocked in the beginning about how cheap the cut was but now I know why ..the hairdressors not trained

The salon staff looked like they didn't want to be there. The floor was covered in hair so much so I was walking through it to get to my chair. Really bad cut. Would not go back there again. I guess you get what you pay for.
