I am absolutely HORRIFIED and APPALLED at what they have done to my sons hair! I took him in for a hair cut and asked for short back in sides. He had thick shoulder length hair. Firstly nothing about the hair cut resembles short back in sides. Secondly she has hacked into his hair and now my son has bald spots where she has cut the hair off near the scalp, one spot that she has done this is right at the front of his hair so he looks ridiculous. I would honestly !!!!!!NEVER!!!!!! recommend ANYONE going there. I am so sad looking at the botched job she has done I want to cry as I have put off getting his hair cut for a long time because I loved his hair. I would rate them with no stars but unfortunately u cannot do that, the lowest rating is a half star.

I went there this morning as I'm new in the country . I'm am a senior stylist who has worked in top salons in the UK and SA . Never in my life have i ever been to anywhere so dirty and disgusting !! I was in desperate need of a wax , there was hair all over the beauty room floor ,there was chewed gum on the floor in the corner the pillow i was lying on a pillow that was full of old products , the wax pots , shelves were thick with dirt , the cupboard doors where open and the insides where filthy!
