One of the worst hair cuts I have ever had. The hair dresser spent all of ten minutes on my cut and didn't check that it was even at all, didn't even look at the image I showed him of the style I wanted.. As a result I walked out looking like a crazy person and was getting a cut for a funeral and had to attend looking scary... I went the next day to another hair dresser who was shocked at how bad the cut was and did her best to fix it but wasnt really able as there were so many different lengths etc.. Could absolutely not recommend and will never go back.
I'm sure if u go back and let them no they would of been more than happy to fix it up! People just just straight on here n talk bad but don't even ask if anything can be done first!
Why risk going back a second time to have possibly worse damage done. As it was the hair dresser that I went to to get it fixed said there wasn't alot to fix it and it wasnt just about the actual cut.. The total lack or care taken by the staff was what was more shocking.
Horrible experience. The staff are extremely rude and disinterested. I have been here 3 times, but today was the last. I have given them enough chances. I asked for an opinion on colouring my hair, and the hairdresser couldn't care less, saying "it's up to you" without offering any options or recommendations. It seemed like such a hassle for them that I ended up telling them not to worry and left. The previous time after a haircut the hairdresser was asked to blow-dry my hair. They showed absolutely no interest and left it quite wet and messy...I was embarrassed to walk around the shops afterwards.
Had my first haircut at s+s recently and I have to say the staff were super friendly. For the price they ask, you get a good service and a good cut. I have no complaints. Great head massage to. I'll definitely be back. Considering most staff are trainees I think they do a damn good job.
Absolutely terrible!!!! I had a management staff who was rude to me and all their staff I feel so bad for their staff the way they talk with them. My hair cut was so uneven my friend (not a hairdresser) straighten it up for me. If you brave enough to go there beware.
