Aaron has recently (a few months) installed two split system air conditioners in my parents home. One is already faulty/not cooling and so far it has taken Aaron 9 days and counting to attend and rectify this problem. clearly the unit is still under warranty. There are no adequate excuses, Aaron if this was your health plagued, elderley parents would you be happy with this situation? I think this is an important issue to be prioritised. You have been paid, now do the right thing.
Furthermore, Aaron turned up on 10th day post being informed of problem only to say its a mitsubishi fault.. now today mitsubshi have arrived today to find it was infact the installer Aaron who did not install seal properly and that has caused the air conditioner to cease cooling. What an complete fool.
I am sorry to say after service was terrible . We paid $350.00 for an internet extension connection installed, we were told to purchase our own point connector but this did not work. After emails and phone messages were not answered we finally made contact and were told that we would need another connection (that we also needed to purchase). bottom line is my son fixed it by researching his own resolution and it now works!! We also never received a receipt.
Hi moemoe, Sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the service. We were however contracted to install a 'network' not create an internet connection please verify with your quote provided.
Emails were responded to providing free assistance and even a detailed drawing on how to get your system up and running.
As for the receipt, we underwent a new admin assistant and will get this to you shortly.
Sorry for the delays and what seems to be a miscommunication.
At the end of the day Safe-Az Electrical provided a competitive price and professionally carried out the works in a clean timely manner we value your feedback and promise to grow from this, lessons learnt :)
Excellent service and rapid emergency response to a power emergency at 1am. Safe-Az arrived on scene ASAP and had the power back on in no time. I was incredibly impressed at the delivery standard and safety precautions taken; despite the poor visibility and wet conditions, Aaron was innovative in achieving the required result at no safety risk to himself or my family. He must have friends in the health and safety industry with that amount of knowledge! Could not recommend the company more.
