Great location right in the beach very well kept friendly staff .rooms are great with balconies .we loved that we could walk to the beach .city beach Wollongong is beautiful with soft white sand confident location right in the city centre woolies is close by easy to walk to .one of the lifts wasn't working when we were there long wait for the only lift operating
IMPOSSIBLE to find...But maybe thats something to do with the roadworks going on nearby. Just don't expect to drive up Harbour Street and find it. Nevertheless the hotel itself is great. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfy, and the buffet breakfast is nice (although quite pricey)

The staff were very friendly and very helpful! The hotel is very clean and modern, rooms were very clean as well. It was a great experience. Breakfast was also very yum, I love the poached eggs! Bacon was so delicious, I'm trying to work out how did they get it so tasty! Would definitely come back again and again! We slept so tight and what more can I say... BEST EVER!
