Were scheduled for 2pm. At 2.30 nobody came. I called. They told me "will arrive at 4.30" Asked "why you did not call?" Answer "We are sorry". I told them not to come. Do NOT recommend
After my complains within 5 min I've got call from owner and within 30 min he was in my house checking bathroom. Did try lots of approaches and did not charge much. At the end result was much better than other plumbing company had achieved 2 month ago. Well, mistakes may happen but I was really pleased how much efforts were spent to correct this mistake and I am completely satisfied with final outcome of their job as plumbers. I would recommend them now. I like their attitude to do perfect job at the end.

It's my first time using their service and definitely THE LAST TIME. Ripping me off with labor time, fortunately I recorded their guy doing leaking pipe repair job, and showed it to them, then cut $60 for me. They are not trustworthy.
Additionally, the plumber they sent to me is not familiar with what he is doing. Burning the leaking spot for longer time, making a big hole, finally had to cut the old part replaced by new one, meanwhile extended labor time to ask more ...read more

When your wife Gee rang to book in the job, she was told our labour and call out fees. We are $110 for the first half hour and $88 every hour after and there was no problem when our receptionist advised Gee of our rates.
Our plumber arrived on site at exactly 3.05pm and left at 4.30pm as our vans are tracked for this reason. ...read more
