Samford Seafood & Burger Bar

Ordered over the phone, was told it would be ready in half an hour which was good as was on a time limit. It's a 12 minute drive from our house. Got there 35 mins after I ordered, took another 5 mins to be acknowledged before being told that my order was at least another 20 mins away!?

I took my boys as a treat after school ... Got home to find the take away box only a third full (or two thirds empty!). Not even 2 handfuls of chips. I called the store thinking I had been given to wrong order and was very much brushed off by the manager saying 'that is what we serve'. Disgusting. There was 20 chips in total.completely over priced, and portion size is so small it is not worth it. Their only customers must be mugs like me who go once, and never go back!

Decided to order two large servings of chips and what I got seemed like not even one serving. I later rang up to check if my order had been taken correctly and I was spoken to by rude staff who basically had no answer. Will never be coming back, the new management is a huge disappointment and it seems as though they know nothing about running a business.

Totally overpriced!! Portions of chips were the smallest I've ever seen. Questioned portion size with staff who couldn't care less. Complete rip off, We are local but will NEVER go again.

Extremely rude - got the phone order wrong (fish and chips) so only gave chips and had the cheek to blame me for not be specific on the phone. Unbelievable. Fish is good. Chips mediocre. Will NEVER visit again. Another unhappy local. Not good
