Samson Fish & Chips & Take Away

I rang to place a large order tonight with a mix of fish and chips. As I placed the order I asked if they floured their grilled fish. The staff on the phone said "as in do we put flour on the grilled fish?" I said yes and staff told me that they didn't so I ordered three pieces with the rest of our order.
After getting our order home I found that they had actually floured the fish, so I rang to explain that my husband and son could not eat it. The staff on the phone went through my order and said "it doesn't say anything about no flour" and I explained that I had asked the other staff when I rang if there was flour and staff said there wasn't. So they agreed to cook two new pieces (I could eat the other one) and I came down to pick it up.
When I arrived there they had the audacity to say "next time you need it gluten free you should actually ask". I will never go here again. I will never let my ...read more

Food 9/10 Location 9/10 Service 10/10 Love the fish & chips here. Very reasonably priced as well. Facility is always clean. Friendly staff.
