Honestly so disgusted right now, I came in to buy products and the staff behind the counter did nothing but insult my eyebrows. Haha can't even believe how rude they were. Telling me my eyebrows look like blocks and are uneven. I came in to buy products from their business and left feeling upset and self conscious.
Hi Hayley, I am sorry you had a bad experience , I can assure you I have had a chat to the therapists at length about customer service, We dont have you on our records/system, so am not sure you have the right salon. As all our ladies are lovely and helpfull as you can see by our reviews!
